Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the acceptable and prohibited uses of Brand Studio, operated by Amretra Dynamics at brandstudio.amretra.com. Our service provides AI-powered software tools to generate SaaS outputs, digital branding briefs, and logo assets. By using our platform, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Prohibited Content and Generations

You may not generate, prompt, upload, share, or store any content using Brand Studio that contains or promotes:

• NSFW and Explicit Content: Sexually explicit, suggestive, pornographic, or adult-themed visual or textual materials.
• Deceptive Media & Deepfakes: Face-swap, facial manipulation, deepfakes, or generating visual media intended to impersonate real individuals or deceive others.
• Impersonation: Confusingly mimicking or falsely claiming association with public figures, government entities, or other third parties.
• Trademark & Copyright Misuse: Intentionally mimicking established trademarks, copying copyrighted logos/characters, or confusingly imitating brand assets belonging to others.
• Harmful & Violent Content: Hateful, harassing, violent, abusive, extremist, terrorist, or self-harm-promoting materials.
• Regulated and Prohibited Industries: Brand creation, names, or logos for products and services related to gambling, consumer lending, recreational drugs, weapons/firearms, alcohol, tobacco, crypto/NFT products, or adult entertainment.

2. AI Output Limitations & Compliance

Brand Studio generates visual logo concepts (in SVG format) and brand strategy texts from user-provided prompts using AI model processing. Because these systems learn from pattern recognition:

• Outputs are suggestions and do not carry automatic legal protection. We cannot guarantee that generated names, logos, or copy are free of pre-existing trademark claims.
• User Responsibility: The user must perform independent trademark searches, legal clearances, and copyright reviews before using any output commercially or filing for trademark protection.

3. Monitoring & Enforcement

We employ automatic prompt blocking and content analysis to detect AUP violations. If you violate these terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without a refund.
