Our service delivers digital brand workspaces, strategic copy guides, and SVG logo files. As these are immediate digital deliverables, we operate on the policy details below.

1. Subscription Cancellation

Unlike recurring SaaS platforms, Brand Studio Pro is structured as a **one-time 30-day pass** (₹499 INR for India, $5 USD worldwide). Because there is no recurring auto-renewal:

• You do not need to cancel active Pro subscriptions to prevent future charges. Access simply expires automatically after 30 days.
• If you wish to manage your active session, view receipt histories, or check your remaining access days, you can visit your **Billing & Plan** settings dashboard inside your account.

2. Refund Terms

Due to the immediate activation and download access associated with Brand Studio Pro:

• Digital Delivery: Since SVG logo exports and strategic content generation are unlocked immediately upon receipt of payment, purchases are generally non-refundable.
• Billing Errors: If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction, or did not receive Pro access credentials after a verified bank debit, email us at contact@amretra.com within 7 days. Provide your account email and checkout reference code so we can resolve the issue in good faith.
